Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using CallFence, these Terms of Service are agreed to in full. If these terms are not acceptable, the app should not be used.
Description of the Service
CallFence is a call management application designed to help identify and block unwanted or potentially harmful calls using on-device processing.
The app operates using Android's call screening features and relies on locally stored data such as blocked numbers and user-defined preferences.
Use of the App
CallFence is provided for personal use only. The app must not be used in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
Users remain fully responsible for how the app is configured and used, including any numbers that are blocked or allowed.
No Guarantees
While CallFence is designed to reduce unwanted calls, it does not guarantee that all spam, scam, or unwanted calls will be successfully identified or blocked.
There may be situations where:
- A legitimate call is blocked
- An unwanted call is allowed through
Use of the app is at the user's own discretion.
Limitation of Responsibility
CallFence is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zuihaode Studios is not responsible for:
- Missed calls, including personal, business, or emergency calls
- Any loss, damage, or inconvenience resulting from the use of the app
- Any decisions made based on call identification or blocking
Permissions and Functionality
Certain features of CallFence require system-level permissions, including call screening and optional notifications.
If these permissions are not granted or are restricted by the device or operating system, some features may not function as intended.
Advertising
CallFence may display advertisements provided by third-party services such as Google AdMob.
These services may use device-related information to deliver ads. CallFence does not control how third-party advertising providers collect or use data.
Changes to the App
CallFence may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time, with or without notice.
Features may be added, removed, or changed as the app evolves.
Termination of Use
Use of the app may be discontinued at any time by uninstalling it.
Upon removal, all locally stored data associated with the app is deleted according to the device's operating system behavior.
Changes to These Terms
These Terms of Service may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are made indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
